As a young child, Jose started to buy and sell to sustain their needs. In Hard Times, Jose taps into his childhood experience to explore the evils of social injustice and hypocrisy. Jose has more than 6 years of experience working in the BPO and KPO industry. Being exposed in this environment made him aware of the wide opportunities in the industry.

He is a young achiever. He has a vast knowledge and experience in customer service, technical support, public relations, process improvement, training and development, team management and maintaining quality service. Jose has an in-depth knowledge in fraud-prevention, financial management, and wellness. He is highly devoted in contributing efficient management service towards excellence.

Aside from being serious in his work, Jose is also an artist, an analyst, a student, entrepreneur and a proud father. Jose is now embracing his beliefs and is now putting his passion into action. Jose is now starting his business in eCommerce and at the same time planning on conducting events and seminars to help his fellow men achieve their dreams.
