Habit is an acquired pattern of behavior that often occurs unthinkingly and automatically, it’s a pattern of behavior that is acquired through frequent repetition. No amount of planning or preparation can change this. The only way to change a habit is to replace it with another habit.

Face whatever needs to be done. Don’t do anything else. There’s always an excuse that you can say. But don’t give in.

Not later or in the future. Don’t wait for the perfect time. Even if you don’t feel like doing it. You will appreciate what you did when you reap the benefits.
“Just Do It” is a slogan phrase that was popularized by Nike in one of their marketing campaigns. The “Just do it” slogan has become and still is considered to be one of the most influential and inspirational in the history of branding.
It’s a good slogan to remember and practice. Don’t think it. Don’t plan too long. Don’t make excuses. JUST DO IT!
