SCHEDULE A TIME THAT WORKS FOR YOU, THAT WAY YOU WON'T BE LATE

TECHNICAL ASPECTS
AUDIO
It would be great to make sure your mic is working and there is no echo prior to our chat. A headset can be a great choice to avoid background noises or feedback
VIDEO
Make sure we can see that lovely face of yours without harsh glares or backlighting. If you are using a mobile device, please set it down on a stable surface as to not create distracting movement during our chat.
Try to look straight at the camera and not at your own screen.
ENVIRONMENT
CHOOSING YOUR SPACE
Select a quiet space where you can focus without distractions. This means potentially informing friends or family members about your super exciting chat with Shopify!

Close anything that may distract you during our chat (eg. Facebook, emails, music etc.)
